Mini MBA |

The Mini MBA is an intensive executive
certified programme, focusing on the key topics and
management disciplines of the MBA curriculum.
Based on e-learning the Mini MBA includes 6
modules plus a final exam. The course offers
a greater knowledge of the major management fields - including
strategy, organisational theory, management information system (MIS) and
market understanding – and, at the same time, you will learn to
master and integrate this knowledge in your everyday life.
The goal of the Mini MBA is to strengthen your career as a
manager and to enable your business to reach even greater
results as an effect of your improved competences.

The Programme: |
|
After
signing up for the course, the participants will
receive a password and a user name which will provide
direct access to the
online platform. The online platform consists of
readings, libraries, links, material from the training
days as well as a courseplan. Furthermore,
the participants will gain access to an online dialogue
forum where
experts and professionals
will contribute with cases and practical examples
throughout the course.
Through the dialogue forum, the participants will also
be able to contact each other. The lessons are
specific
and job-related and the course is
organised in a way which makes it possible for the
participant to
make direct connections between the learning and his or
hers daily work.

Preparation: |
|
Before the course starts, the participant will fill out
a comprehensive questionnaire. When we have processed
the answers, these will show the participant’s learning
style profile and level within management. This profile
will be compared to the participant’s results at the
final exam.
